Airport transfer
The hotel lists shuttle service for Terminals 1 and 2. Confirm the current first and last departures, pickup point, and whether your luggage or stroller can be accommodated for your travel date.
Room occupancy
The hotel’s FAQ lists a maximum of three guests for Standard, High Floor, and Club rooms, and four for Family rooms and suites, with up to three adults. Check the exact room and rate for child ages, bedding, extra-bed availability, and breakfast.
Parking and timing
The hotel describes self-parking for registered guests during their stay. Confirm separately if you need to leave a car after checkout. Published check-in is 3 pm and checkout is 11 am; ask the hotel about early access or a late checkout.
Check the property name
Trip.com notes that the former West Tower became Hyatt Regency Incheon Paradise City in March 2026, while the East Tower continues as Grand Hyatt Incheon. Check the hotel name and address on your selected reservation.
Shuttle schedules, room terms, parking, prices, and availability can change. Confirm the current details with the hotel and the selected rate before booking.
